Perry CALVIN, 73, Kewanna, died Friday at Woodlawn hospital following a long illness. A native of Kewanna, he was born Aug. 23, 1882. His parents were William and Melissa (TONER) CALVIN. He was married to Carrie CANNON, who preceded him in death. Survivors are a son, Vincent [CALVIN], of near Kewanna; a daughter, Mrs. Mable ZELLERS, Winamac; three grandchildren; three brothers, Frank and John [CALVIN], Kewanna, and Arthur [CALVIN], South Bend; and two sisters, Miss Edna and Miss Bertha CALVIN, both of Kewanna. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Harrison funeral home, Kewanna. Burial will be in the Kewanna I.O.O.F. cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after noon Sunday.
