Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Trinity Lutheran Church, Mason City, the Rev. Murley A. Severtson, associate pastor of the church, officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery here.
Visitation is from 1:30 this afternoon until 9 a.m. Saturday at Major Erickson Funeral Home here.
Mr. Heizelman was born May 27, 1926 in Mason City, the son of Edward and Hannah (Beisel) Heizelman, and attended local schools.
He enlisted in the U.S. Navy in May 1944 and was discharged in July 1946.
Mr. Heizelman married Lovie G. Anderson on Nov. 28, 1946 in Mason City. He was a building contractor for many years before retiring in 1980 due to ill health.
He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and the VFW.
Mr. Heizelman is survived by his wife, Lovie, Mason City; one daughter, Mrs. David (Dixie) Brinkman, Greene; two sons, Dennis E., Austin, Minn., and Jerry D., Mason City; one sister, Mrs. Gene (Jo Ann) Bartz, Grafton; one brother, Donald, Columbia, Mo., and four grandchildren.
