Maude Kaucher Ashinger Sanford
Mrs. Maud Sanford, 77, formerly of 118 Marilee Drive, New Lebanon, died Friday morning at the home of her son, Ray W. Ashinger, 3016 Jordan Rd., R.R.1, West Alexandria. Death was attributed to suicide by hanging by Preble County Coroner Dr. John A. Vosler.
Survivors include the son; a granddaughter, Ronda; a sister, Mrs. Elsie Potillo of Arizona, a brother, Joseph Kaucher of Richmond, Ind., nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Mrs. Sanford were held Monday at Holp Funeral Home in New Lebanon with Rev. John C. Martin, pastor of the First Brethren Church, West Alexandria, officiating. Burial was in Trissel Cemetery at New Lebanon.
