Daniel D. Rinehart was the son of Daniel & Elizabeth Adney Rinehart. He married Jary Jane Wimmer in Henry Co., IN on Oct. 14, 1862. They moved to Ogle Co., IL between 1900 and 1910.
Daniel and Mary Jane had 10 children - John, Daniel L., Sarah, Lewis, Eli Monroe, Jacob O., Sona V., Charles E., George Alson, and Vern Ernest.
At this time, only the final resting places of two of the children are unaccounted for.
Daniel L. Rinehart, b. in 1866, married Amanda Welker in Huntington Co., IN on Apr 30, 1886. In 1920, he was living in Rolette Co., ND with his brother Charles's family.
Sarah, born in 1869, married Alonzo Taylor, son of Samuel and Lucinda Walters Taylor, on Jan. 30, 1886 in Huntington Co., IN.
