On Wednesday of last week, Mr. and Mrs.N. J. Bearden of Rush received word that their son, Dr. J. N. Bearden of Springdale, was very ill, and requesting them to come at once. Together with their son, W. C. Bearden, they left Thursday for his bedside. A message come fo them on Monday morning of this week that Dr. Bearden died Sunday afternoon at 5:20 o'clock, and would be buried Monday afternoon at Springdale. We have not learned what was the immediate cause of death. Dr. Bearden was reared in Marion county whee he and the entire numbered their friends only by their acquaintance, and the news of his untimely death will come as a great shock to them. The echo joins these friends in extending heartfelt sympathies to all of the bereaved relatives in their dark hour of grief..
