Bergen, Feb. 16.-Mrs. Catherine Bovee died yesterday morning at 4 o'clock at the home of her daughter, Mrs. William H. Johnson, who lives on her mother's farm a mile east of Stone Church, on which Mrs. Bovee spent 59 years. Mrs. Bovee was in her 77th year, having been born September 4, 1826. She was married in 1844 to Abram Bovee, who died in 1862. She is survived by one son Jacob L. Bovee of Richford, Tioga County: three daughters, Mrs. Howard Carmel of Caledonia, Mrs. Estella Cooper of Rochester, and Mrs. William H. Johnson of Stone Church: two brothers, Daniel Moore of St. Charles, Ill., and Matthew Moore of Bergen: and two sisters, Mrs. Edwin Ward of Oakfield and Mrs. Mary Cooper of Batavia.
