Miss Fredricka Dendy, age 79, died Monday afternoon, August 25, 1986 at Okolona Community Hospital after a lengthy illness. She was a retired nurse and had lived all her life in Chickasaw County. She was a member of the Okolona First Baptist Church.
Services will be held today (August 28) at 10:00 a.m. from the Okolona Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Roy McHenry officiating. Burial will be in Oddfellows Cemetery. Okolona Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
She leaves a brother, Samuel Tilden Dendy of Delray Beach, Florida.
Visitation will be after 3:00 p.m. Wednesday.
