Mrs. Vida K. Babb

Private services for Mrs. Vida Kemble Babb, 7, widow of Max W. Babb, former board chariman of the Allis-chalmers Manufacturing Co., will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Forest Home Cemetery Chapel.

Mrs. Babb died Tuesday at Shore View Home, 1470 n. Prospect Av. She lived at 2712 E. Hartford Av.

Mrs. Babb was a member of the Woman's Club of Wiscoonsin, the College Women's Club and the PEO Sisterhood. She was on the board of the Milwaukee Protestant Home for the Aged for many years and also worked with the Women's Circle of the Kenwood Methodist Church.

A graduate of Iowa Wesleyan college in 1895, Mr. Babb moved to Milwaukee with her husband in 1906. Mr. Babb died in 1943.

Surviving are thre children, Mrs. Phillip P. Nolte and Irving T. Babb both of Whitfish Bay and Max W. Babb Jr., Shorewood.
