Decatur, Ind., July 3 -- Abraham DeBolt, of Root township, for more than forty years a resident of Union township, died Friday morning at 4:15. He had been ill many years and bedfast four months of Bright's disease. He was seventy-six years and three days of age. The widow, Sarah DeBolt and the following children survive: Jacob, near Ohio City; Jesse and Alpheus, near this city; Dora, Decatur; Samuel and Mrs. Libbie Betz, Fort Wayne. Isaac and George of this city and David, of Willshire, O., are brothers. The deceased was a civil war veteran, being a member of Company C. 11th Indiana volunteers. He served from December, 1863, to September, 1865. The funeral will be held Sunday morning at the Clark's chapel, leaving the house at 9:30 sun time.
