Glenn Hoyt Chandler, age 68, of Orange, Texas, passed away on Friday, October 20, 2023 in Orange, Texas. 


Services honoring Hoyt will be at 2pm on Thursday, October 26, 2023 at Dorman Funeral Home. Visitation of family and friends will be held prior to services from 1~2pm at Dorman Funeral Home.


Hoyt was born on Monday, September 19, 1955 in Carthage, Texas, to proud parents Raymond and Dorothy Chandler. 


He dedicated 47 years working for Ford Motor Company before he retired. Hoyt enjoyed spending time with his sons and grandsons making memories in the great outdoors. Cookouts, fishing, hunting and sitting on the porch with friends and family were all things he wasn't going to miss out on.


Hoyt was preceded in death by his father Raymond Howard Chandler and mother Dorothy Mae Chandler.


He is survived by his sister Maudine Kelley (269775750) and husband Shephen Kelley and his brother Kenneth Chandler, his sons, Lance Chandler and Jake Chandler, his grandsons, Caden Chandler and Kage Chandler and numerous nieces and nephews.  


Hoyt will be deeply missed by all that knew and cherished him.
