Seaside - Graveside services for Thoms A. Carter, 44, a former Fresno resident, will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in Belmont Memorial Park.
Mr Carter died Tuesday.
Born in Oklahoma, he lived in Fresno 12 years before moving to Seaside.
He was a tax consultant and bookkeeper 15 years, having owned Thomas A. Carter Income Tax Service in Seaside. He also worked for H & R Block in the Monterey area seven years.
Surviving are his father, Joseph C of Stockton; six brothers, Roy, Troy and Joe E. Noe, all of Fresno, Joseph Jr. of Washington, Cecil Noe of Arkansas and Randolph Carter of San Jose; and five sisters, Joanne Brown of Fresno, Alma Carter of Hanford, Virginia Pannett of Tollhouse, Joyce Weeks of Yuba City and Louise Crawford of Pennsylvania.
Lisle Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

- Note although this obit states that Cecil and Joe E Noe were his brothers, they were in fact his nephews. They are his oldest sister's children who were raised by his parents after her death in 1946.
