Alleen Anna Blattel, 90, of Scott City died Friday, Jan. 26, 2007, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.
She was born Sept. 9, 1916, in Fornfelt, Mo., daughter of Peter John and Bertha Westerhold Hoffman. She and Anthony Joseph Wilhelm were married Nov. 26, 1936, at Illmo, Mo. He died April 21, 1992. She married Elmer P. Blattel April 18, 1994. He died April 14, 2002.
She and her first husband, Tony, owned and operated Tony's Jewelry Store in Cape Girardeau for 37 years.
Blattel was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Scott City and the Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post 6407 in Scott City.
Survivors include a daughter, Pat Burton of Scott City; a grandchild; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, two sisters and a grandson.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Home in Scott City. Parish prayers will be at 7 p.m.
The funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, with the Rev. David Coon officiating. Interment will be Monday at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
