Mary Sue was the fifth of nine children born to John Henry & Martha Ann Long McCallie, Sue as she was called by family & friends was well liked by all who knew her., She married Columbus Edward Littrell in 1896 Indian Territory Oklahoma., They had five children, Eva/John/Jess/William/Ida., Aunt Sue and Uncle Ed Were driving through smoke caused by a grass fire along highway 75 beteween Weleetka and Wetumka, Okla, Tuesday January 4, 1949 when they were hit head on by another car, Aunt Sue was killed instantly and Uncle Ed died 10 days later on Friday January 14, 1949. Both are buried in Hillcrest Cemetery, Weleetka (Okfuskee County) Oklahoma.
