CECIL V. WRIGHT, age 66, of Joelton, Tennessee, a retired supervisor for the Metro Department of Public Works, died on Friday at Cheatham Medical Center in Ashland City, Tennessee after suffering a stroke. Services will be at 1 p.m. tomorrow at Anderson and Garrett Funeral Home.

Survivors include his daughter, Rebecca McCutcheon and a son, Robert Wright, both of Joelton, Tennessee; two sisters, Edna Storey, Fayetteville, Tennessee, and Geneva Allen, Pegram, Tennessee; a brother, Wallace Wright, Columbia, South Carolina; and, four grandchildren. ~~~ THE TENNESSEAN, Nashville, TN, July 25, 1999, page 25
