She was born Dec. 13, 1890 in Altoona, a daughter of William B. and Emma E. (Yingling) Coltabaugh, and married Mahlon E. Hoover, who died March 7, 1968.
Surviving are three sons, Earl B. of Duncansville, Kenneth L. of Cross Keys, and Donald F. of Carson Valley: 14 grandchildren, five great-grand-children and three sisters, Mrs. Stella Burket of Martinsburg RD and Myrtle and Ruth of Cross Keys.
Friends visited with family at Liebegott Funeral Home, Duncansville, Tues. afternoon and eve, and Wed. morning after 10:00.
Mrs. Hoover was a member of the Duncansville Lutheran Church where services were held at 2 p.m. Wed. led by Rev. Philip Ziegler. Interment in Carson Valley Cemetery.
