She retired from the Southern Pacific Railroad in the communications section. After her retirement she worked in food services. She has been active in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints all her life. She was a great lady and dedicated her life serving others. She leaves a great legacy. She will be missed.
She is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Lyle and Georgine Kidd of Beaver Creek, Oregon, daughter and son-in-law, Edith and Charles Lomax of Apple Valley, California, son and daughter-in-law, Neal and Jean Kidd of Kent, Washington, 18 grandchildren, 55 great grandchildren and 10 great great grandchildren.
Viewing will be from 10:00 to 10:45 AM followed by the funeral service at 11:00 AM on Thursday, February 23 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, at 7880 SE Milwaukie Ave. (SE 17th and Milwaukie Aves) in Portland. Dedication of the grave and interment will be at Sunset-Hills Memorial Park, Portland, Oregon.
