Hazel Crete Stanwood was born at Surprise, Nebraska on October 19, 1897 and passed away in the hospital at York on April 12, 1929, at the age of 31 years, 5 months and 23 days.

On October 19, 1917 she married Oral C. Wall and has since resided in Davenport. She leaves to mourn her departure her husband and two children, Hazel and Oral Dean, her mother, Mrs. Stanwood of Morse Bluffs, two sisters, Mrs. Frieda Anstine of Lincoln and Elsie of Morse Bluffs and one brother, Clark, also of Morse Bluffs. A son, Wendell Wayne, preceded her in death 7 months and six days.

Mrs. Wall was a kind and loving wife and mother, highly esteemed by all her many friends, who also grieve her departure.

During the past year Mr. and Mrs. Wall have spent most of their spare time in planning and building for themselves a beautiful home. But Mrs. Wall was permitted to enjoy its conveniences the short time of four months only.
