Death of Mrs. Ashby
Mrs. Temperance Ashby died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Robert Fowler, in this city at 10 o'clock Monday forenoon at the age of 52 years. She was born in Marion County, where she spent her earlier years, after marriage residing in Harrisburg and Albany.

The remains were brought to Scio Wednesday and Interred in the Masonic cemetery near this city. She was an honored and beloved member of the Albany Hive No. 2, L.O.T.M. and following members accompanied the family in their sad journey to this place; Mrs. Maggie Stettler, Mrs. J. H. Shaw, Mrs. Belle Leonard, Mrs. Ella Merrill and Mrs. C. G. Moon.
