Alma (Maxey) Spracklin sadly passed away Saturday, August 8,2020 at Salina Regional Health Center at the age of 75, with her loving husband by her side holding her hand. Alma was born February 1, 1945 in England, to her parents Harold and Mary Maxey.

In 1948 the family moved to the United States where she spent most her youth in California, later settling in Salina, where she graduated from Salina High School. On March 27, 1967, she married the love of her life, Richard, later giving birth to their son Tom. Alma was a very loving and caring person, wife, mother, and grandmother.

She worked various jobs, Paris Corporation, ten years at Carrols Hallmark and six years at Casey's general store, but most impressive was the several years she spent working side by side with her husband installing carpet!

She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold, and Mary; a sister, Betty Jordan, and brother George Rutter.

Alma is survived by her husband Richard of the home, son Tom Spracklin, Salina, and three grandchildren.

The family has decided to hold a small memorial at a later date.
