He was a member of the Hartline United Methodist Church, a former member of Hartline Grange, past president of W.A.W.G. of Grant Co.
He is survived by his wife, Donna, at the home; two sons and their wives, Ron and Sharon, Marvin and Myrna, all of Hartline; five grandchildren; one brother, Norman Thomas of Lincoln; two sisters, Eileen Cox of Spokane and Belva Trexler of Barstow, CA; numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Hartline United Methodist Church Handicap Access Fund or the Hartline Cemetery District #3 or the Hartline Fire Dept. and E.M.S.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 13, 199 at 11 a.m. at the Hartline United Methodist Church, Hartline, WA with Pastors Roger and Mardel Tanquist officiating. Interment to be at Hartline Cemetery.
Mr. Thomas will lie-in-state at the Strate Funeral Home, Wilbur, on Monday evening, April 12, 1999, from 5 to 7 p.m.
