Mabel I. Thomas passed away on Feb. 11, 1999, in Davenport. Her home was in Hartline.

She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law William O. and Donna Thomas of Hartline; Norman K. and Claudia Thomas of Lincoln, two daughters, sons-in-law; Belva I. and Melvin Trexler of Barstow, CA; Eileen M. and Willis Cox of Spokane, 11 grandchildren, and 22 great-grandchildren; one brother Melvin Kinnick of Hornbrook, CA, numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband Noah Orville Thomas in 1949 and two brothers and one sister.

She was a member of the United Methodist Church, Highland Grange #808 both of Hartline.

Funeral Services, Wednesday, Feb. 17, 1999, at 11:00 A.M. at the United Methodist Church, Hartline. Pastor Homer Todd, Officiating.

Interment Hartline Cemetery, Hartline.

Mrs. Thomas will lie-in-state at the Strate Funeral Home, Wilbur on Tuesday evening, Feb. 16, 1999, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.

Memorials may be made to the Hartline United Methodist Church or charity of your choice.
