John Frederick Embich, s/o Christoph Adam & Maria Elisabetha (Kuder) Embich, married Margaret Shindel with whom he had 10 children, Anna Maria, Abraham, Solomon, Hannah, Elizabeth, Frederick, Margreta, Susanna, Philip and Maria Elizabeth. He was commissioned sheriff of Lebanon County on Oct. 19, 1819, and appointed Justice of the Peace by Gov. Schultze, his personal friend.
