Mrs. Howland was a lifetime resident of Fort Worth. She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Buford Howland.
Survivors: Sons, Alan Howland and wife, Joy, Jerry Howland and wife, Amelia; daughters, Teresa and Karen Howland; brothers, Ed Harrison, James Harrison and wife, Billie; sisters, Katherine Spradley and husband, Harrell, Sue Geer; six grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
