Our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister returned to her Heavenly Father on April 23, 2008 at Autumn Park Assisted Living Center in Nephi, Utah at the age of 88 years old.






Born in Moroni, Utah on September 26, 1919 to Joseph S. Cloward and Ella Marie Morley. The ninth of twelve children. She married Don Hardy on March 18, 1941. Marriage was later solemnized in the Manti Temple. He preceded her in death on October 20, 1985. Her greatest joy was her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and they in turn loved her dearly. She took great pride in her home and yard and was a wonderful cook. She loved to work and was always busy. She spent many hours making beautiful hand quilted quilts for her family.






She is survived by a son, Terry (Paula) Hardy of Moroni, UT; and a daughter, Diane (Karl) Kelley of Fairview, UT; eight grandchildren, 27 1/2 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; a brother, Reginald Cloward of Ivins, UT. Preceded in death by her parents, husband, brothers, and sisters, Lorelda, Gladys, Marlen, Beatrice, Donald, Bard, Gerald, Leo, Ted and Betty.







Funeral Services will be held Monday April 28, 2008 at 12:00 noon in the Moroni LDS Stake Center. Friends may call Sunday from 6:00-7:30 p.m. at Rasmussen Mortuary in Mt. Pleasant and Monday from 10:30-11:30 a.m. at the Moroni LDS Stake Center.
Interment will be in the Moroni City Cemetery.
