Wm. Allison French Buried Monday

Mr. Wm. Allison French died May 2nd, Friday, at the Blair Memorial Community Hospital.

He was born to Mr. and Mrs. Wm. E. French on June 13, 1888, at Kennard. He farmed in the Kennard area until he retired and moved to Blair.

He was married to Nora Larsen and they were the parents of four daughters and one son who survive their father. They are: Mrs. Harry Kahnk (Alice) of Cedar Bluffs, Mrs. Herbert Moberg, (Edna) of Craig, Mrs. Lester McCann (Cleo) of Omaha and Mrs. Rudy Juul (Norma) of Blair, and Melvin French of Omaha. His wife Nora died July 14, 1954. Other survivors are his present wife, Elizabeth, nine grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, a brother Charles French of Yuma, Arizona, and a sister, Mrs. Sadie Murphy of Omaha.

Funeral services were held Monday, at 2 P.M., on May 5th at the First Lutheran Church in Blair. Burial, under the direction of the Bendorf Funeral Home was in the Kennard Cemetery.

Six grandsons were pallbearers: Robert Juul, Gene and Ronald Moberg, Duane Wiechelman, James Maher and Harry A. Kahnk.
