Bobbie Stoebner, 90, passed away Sunday, January 21, 2024. She was born March 14, 1933 in Kilgore, Texas to the late Robert Wesley and Florence E. (Webster) Childress. She was a member of the Muscogee Creek Nation and was a very proud Native American. Bobbie retired from the City of Victoria Water Department. She was a member of the First Baptist Church and the ABWA Victoria Charter Chapter. She was also a volunteer at Citizens Hospital and enjoyed the time spent with the Red Hat Society. Bobbie was selected to the South Central Texas Rodeo Ring of Honor in 2019 for her many years of devoted time and service as a rodeo secretary. Bobbie was a devoted mother and Nannie. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and was very proud of them. She was their biggest fan and cheered all of them on in the rodeo arenas and stock show rings. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by her sons, Ray Stoebner and wife Lynn, Terry "Spot" Stoebner and companion Lori Faulkner, and Jim Bob Stoebner and wife Leila; Grandchildren: Amy Stoebner, Amanda Stoebner, D. R. Stoebner, Reno Stoebner, and Mackenzie Kendall; Great grandchildren: Bryton Stoebner, Brayden Gomez, Denem Stoebner, and Brenem Stoebner; Brothers, Ralph Childress and Walter "Sonny" Childress. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond E. Stoebner; parents; sisters, Bonnie Sue Fisher and Betty Thursby; and granddaughter, Brittany Langridge.

Visitation will be held from 5:00pm to 7:00 pm on Friday, January 26, 2024 at Colonial Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday, January 27, 2024 at the First Baptist Church with the Rev. Ben Rosenberger officiating. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be D. R. Stoebner, Reno Stoebner, Bryton Stoebner, Brayden Gomez, Wes Wiley, and Robert Leathers. Honorary pallbearers are Denem Stoebner and Brenem Stoebner.
