Gloria Laura Hund passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, June 4, 2017, at her home in Clarkston. She was 75.

Gloria was born Oct. 29, 1941, in Spokane, to Vernon Kenneth and Bernice Elizabeth (Rieth) Harmon. She attended Clarkston schools from the third grade through her senior year.

She married Gary Hund on Nov. 30, 1960, in Asotin.

Gloria worked for 26 years at the Best Western Hotel on Bridge Street in Clarkston. She was also a member of the Clarkston First Church of God.

She enjoyed walking on the levee and spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She also enjoyed spending time at home on Lake Pend Oreille.

Gloria is survived by her husband, Gary Hund; sons Doug Hund and Bryan (Jami) Hund; sisters Gale McLaughlin (Lee) and Diane Reno (Gene); grandchildren Kacee Light, Kelly Hund, Jeremy Hund, Bryce Hund, Ksandra Hund, Jessi Hund and Josh Glass; as well as nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Francis and Gertha Rieth and Laura Harmon; parents Vernon Harmon and Bernice Harmon; and infant granddaughter Kristina Jo Hund.

A memorial celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Clarkston First Church of God, 910 Sycamore St., Clarkston, with the Rev. Shaun Profitt officiating.
