He was born July 24, 1922 in River Rouge. He worked for 25 years as a toolmaker and formerly owned and operated Convery Collision, Eastpointe. Mr. Convery is survived by his wife Della: Children, Lamont (Jolene) Convery of Des Moines, Iowa, Lawrence(Larry) (Cybil) Convery of Sanford, Fla. Harold (Pamela) Convery of Des Moines, Iowa, Lorraine Miller of Utica, Casey Convery of Warren, Byron Convery of Warren: brothers, Earl Convery of Eastpointe, Murray Convery of Port Huron, John Convery of Mount Clemens, Robert (Kathy) Convery of Harrison Twp, sisters, Glenna Jean Carey of Ky and Donna Mae Hale of KY: nine grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
