Mrs. Dorothy Marie Hurd, Burnside, died Friday at a Paris hospital after an illness of eight years.

The daughter of James and Antha Dabney Bolin, Burnside, she was born December 29, 1922 at Burnside. She was married to Joe Hurd in 1939.

Mrs. Hurd was a member of the Burnside Baptist Church.

Survivors are her mother; one son, Joe R. Hurd, Lexington; a daughter, Pauline Hulet, Lexington; and the following brothers and sisters, George E. Bolin, Bellevue, John H. Bolin and Gene Bolin, both of Tateville, Edward Bolin, Cincinnati, Margaret Morris, Cincinnati, Lou Ann Hargis, Burnside, and Hazel Perry, Cincinnati.

Funeral services were held Sunday in the Chapel of Denney-Murrell-Correll Funeral Home, in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include a son, Joe Robert Hurd and a daughter, Mrs. Frances P. Hulett, both of Lexington.

The body was taken to the Correll Funeral Home here.
