Margaret Louise (Baker) Crowell, 80, of Rives passed away 12:41 p.m. Monday, December 18, 2023, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City.
Margaret was born January 10, 1943, in Martin, daughter of the late R.L. and Ora Lee (Greene) Baker. She married Charles Edward Crowell September 22, 1959. He preceded her in death November 11, 2020. Margaret and Charles had been the foster parents to 97 children thru the foster program. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
She was also preceded in death two sisters, Daisy Erwin and Frances Diviney; and five brothers, Little Howard Baker, Russell Baker, Tommy Baker, L.T. Baker and Virgil Baker.
