Leland Brown, former resident of Newark, died January 3 in St. Petersburg, Fla.
A native of West Pittston, he also formerly resided in Tunkhannock.
Surviving are sons, Leland, Jr., and Richard, Verona, N. J., Lawrence, Westfield, N. J.; Michael, with the
U. S. Army in Vietnam; a daughter, Mrs. Louise Wilson, Lakeland, N. J.; 11 grandchildren.
Services will be held from the funeral home, 73 West Tioga Street, Tunkhannock, Saturday at 1 p. m. Rev. Eugene Setzer, pastor of Tunkhannock Baptist Church, will officiate. Interment will be in Sunnyside Cemetery.
Friends may call Friday night 7 to 9.
