Angelina (Rinaldi) Angelino, 92 of Waterbury, formerly a long time resident of North Walnut Street, died Saturday June 14, 2014 at VITAS Inpatient Unit at ST. Mary's Hospital. She was the widow of Emedeo Angelino.

Angelina was born in Morcone, Benevento, Italy on July 7, 1921 daughter of the late Biagio and Maria (Daddona) Rinaldi. She moved to Middlebury from Italy in 1937, settling to Waterbury in 1941 when she was married. She worked at Capri Lingerie and later at Esther Dress until her retirement in 1977. She enjoyed cooking and made wonderful pizza. Other hobbies include knitting and most importantly gardening. She was a long time communicant of St. Lucy's Church.

She leaves a son, Michael Angelino and his wife Diana of Wolcott, two daughters, Shirley Gugliotti and her husband Romolo of Waterbury and Carmeline Hulik and her husband Francis of Northfield, six grandchildren, Michael Angelino Jr. of Wolcott, Debbie D'Avino and her husband Thomas of Waterbury, Michael Gugliotti and his wife Linda of Wolcott, Lisa Macary and her husband Paul of Plymouth, and Lori Polletta and her husband Donald of Wolcott, Domenic Santucci of Waterbury, six great grandchildren, William D'Avino, Lucy D'Avino, Anthony Gugliotti, Paul Gugliotti, Sara Polletta, and Nicholas Polletta, and several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband and parents she was predeceased by two daughters, infant Ann Marie Angelino and Antoinette Santucci, a granddaughter, Gina Santucci, three brothers, Joseph, Louis, and Domenic Rinaldi and two sisters Mariannina Difiore and Carmela Fusco of Italy.

Arrangements: Funeral will be held Tuesday, 9:00 a.m. at Chase Parkway Memorial/The Albini Family Funeral Home, 430 Chase Parkway, Waterbury to St. Lucy's Church Waterbury for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
