Sandra L. Hicks, age 74, of Jonesboro, passed away on November 5, 2023, at St. Bernards Medical Center. She was born on August 15, 1949, in Harrisburg to the late Lanoah Thomas and Evangeline Lyons Hicks.

Sandra spent the last 25 years of her life in Jonesboro, having moved from Harrisburg, and was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. She pursued her passion for design and became a successful Interior Designer after completing her education.

Sandra was one of five beloved daughters and was dearly loved by her parents. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Rachel Hicks Biggs.

She is survived by three sisters: Tommye Hicks (Larry) McNamara of Jonesboro, Lynette Hicks (John) Ward of Milton, FL, and Patricia Hicks of Memphis, TN. Sandra is also survived by two nephews, Jason (Brandy) Gardener and Clint Biggs, both of Harrisburg, and a niece, Brynn (Dax) Reddmann of Harrisburg.

The family will hold a Celebration of Life in honor of Sandra at a later date. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
