Worden, Aug 11-Word was received here today of the death of Mrs Lucy E Schneider, formerly of Worden, who died Thursday night at West Frankfort of complications. Funeral services will be held at the Worden Methodist Church here tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock, Rev KW Kepner officiating. Interment will be made at the New Hope Cemetery.

Mrs Schneider was born near here in January 1856, a daughter of the late Able Drake. She is survived by her husband, Henry C Schneider, two daughters, Mrs John Young, Virden and Mrs August Chonlot, West Frankfort, seven sons, Frank and John Schneider, Worden, Elijah Schneider, Hartford, Sam Schneider, Shreveport, La, Charles and Lawrence Schneider, Springfield and Walter Schneider, Wood River, 38 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren, and two sisters, Mrs Hannah Stroud and Mrs Alice Lewis of Worden. She was a member of the Methodist Church.
