Olive Meese Service Held
Funeral services for Olive Meese, 85, who died Monday evening at the IOOF Home after a long illness, were held Tuesday afternoon at the IOOF Chapel. The Rev. C. W. Hiecks, chaplain, officiated.
Mrs. Meese was born Nov. 4, 1870, at Nichols, daughter of Daniel and Abiah (Pringey) Younkin. She was a member of Bridgeman Rebekah Lodge 14, Nichols, having joined March 20, 1930.
Mrs. Meese had lived at Nichols until moving to the IOOF home Jan. 15, 1956. She is survived by a niece, Zola Beers, Santa Fe, N. Mex. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank S. Meese, and one brother.
Burial will be at the Nichols Cemetery. The McAuley and Son Funeral Home is in charge.
