CURRENT, Michael Age 49 of Middletown, passed away June 16, 2018 at the Atrium Medical Center. He was born December 6, 1968 in Middletown, the son of Jack and Jean (Barker) Current. Michael was a lifelong resident of Middletown who will be remembered for his love of Boy Scouts, Knothole Baseball at Smith Park, fishing, Armco Park, camping, music festivals and collecting vinyl. He graduated from Middletown High School in 1987. Michael was so talented artistically and graduated from the School of Advertising Art in 1994. He was employed by Flowers by Roger and was a delivery driver for Cassano's Pizza.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Jean Current and grandmother, Mary E. Current. His family was everything to him. Survivors include his loving wife Sarah Current; daughters, Miyah and Lilah; his son, Jack; sisters, Joni (Todd) Yost of Middletown, Beth Hebert of Port St. Lucie, Florida; father, Jack (wife, Peggy) Current as well as a plethora of in-laws, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends all who will sorely miss him.
