Almer Johnson, 74, died Saturday at his home at Bronson after suffering a heart attack.
Mr. Johnson was born May 3, 1884 at Sloan. As a child he went with his parents to the Bronson Community, where he resided since. He farmed and made his home with is brother Roy, who is the only survivor.
The body was brought to the W. Harry Christy funeral home in Morningside.

Funeral services for Almer Johnson, 74, who died Saturday at his home at Bronson, will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the W. Harry Christy funeral home in Morningside.
Rev. Fred Barger, of Climbing Hill will officiate and burial will be in the Sergeant Bluff cemetery.
