She was born October 13, 1921 in Cape Girardeau County, the daughter of August Henry and Edna Ida Schwab Siemers.
She and Leon Parker Ainsworth married on January 30, 1944 at Trinity Lutheran Church by Reverend F.H. Melzer.
Most of Allene's life was spent in Cape Girardeau. She spent her childhood and young life on the Siemers dairy farm, near the city limits of Cape Girardeau.
Allene was educated at the Trinity Lutheran Grade School, the College High School and the Steimle Business and Secretarial School. She was a confirmed member of Trinity Lutheran Church where she was active in the Ladies Senior Aid and the Campster Welfare Club. Allene loved to play cards and was an active member. She and Leon loved to travel and fish. They made many life long friends while traveling. Allene and Leon made beautiful quilts and she was an accomplished seamstress. She was employed at the Western Adjustment Insurance Company and assisted her husband Leon with the Ainsworth Flooring Company.
Loving survivors include a son David Leon (Teresa) Ainsworth of Honeoye Falls, New York; daughter-in-law, Charlotte Ainsworth of Grapevine, Arkansas; three grandchildren, Lee Ann (Randy) Brugger of Cape Girardeau, Aspen (Dan) Ainsworth-Rubin of Rochester, New York, and Austin Ainsworth of Rochester, New York; one grand son-in-law, Roger Popp of Jackson, Missouri; one step grandchild, Todd (Denice) Stitt of Grapevine, Arkansas; three great grandchildren, Staci Schmucker (Ricky) of Benton and Ryan (Morgan) Brugger of Gordonville Missouri, Penelope Hazel Rubin, Rochester, New York; two step great grandchildren, Taylor Stitt (Ashley Clark) of Sheridan, Arkansas, and Drew Stitt of Grapevine, Arkansas; great great grandchildren, August and Vincent Brugger; and step great great granddaughters, Evi Shoultz, and Delta Stitt; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a loving husband of over 75 years, Leon Parker Ainsworth; her parents, August Henry and Edna Ida Schwab Siemers; sister, Helen Siemers; three brothers, Harry, Art, and Earl Siemers; son, Lynn Paul Ainsworth; and a granddaughter, Monica Lynn Ainsworth Popp.
