James Malcolm Henry, 62, computer in the water department of the District government and prominent in many patriotic societies, died Monday, Feb. 15, 1926, of apoplexy at his home, 2021 I Street, Washington, D.C.
He had apparently been in good health until stricken, and had continued his work in the District Building.
A member of the Society of the War of 1812, the Society of Colonial Wars, and the Sons of the Revolution, he also belonged to the Army and Navy and Chevy Chase clubs.
Born in Prince George's County, Maryland, he received his early education in that state, but moved to Washington, D.C., when he was a boy.
He was survived by his wife, Amelia; a sister, Mrs. John E. Mason; and a a brother, J. William Henry.
