Helen Canady Wade, 90, of Greensboro and formerly of Swansboro, died Saturday, Nov. 27, 2004, at Masonic & Eastern Star Home in Greensboro.
Her funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Munden Funeral Home with Dr. Billy Seate officiating. Burial will follow at Bayview Cemetery.
Mrs. Wade worked as a nurse, was a member of Swansboro United Methodist Church and was a member of Eastern Star of Morehead City. She was a loving and caring person.
She is survived by three sisters, Olivia Hancock of Greensboro, Thelma Rowe of Swansboro and Clara Bourgeois of Morehead City; a niece, Ann Piner Gibbons; and one grandson.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and two sisters.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Masonic & Eastern Star Home, 700 S. Holden Road, Greensboro, NC 27407.
Arrangements are by Munden Funeral Home, Morehead City.
