Larson Rites Held at Bainville
Funeral services for Mrs. Kate Larson, 70, were held Tuesday afternoon at 12 o'clock at the First Lutheran Church in Bainville. Mrs. Larson died of pneumonia Saturday, Oct. 18, at 1 p.m. at the Good Samaritan hospital in Williston.
She is survived by three daughters: Mrs. Ann Freed of Hannah, N. D., Mrs. Kate Evans of Bainville, Mrs. Clara Amsler of Bainville; three sons, Harry of Williston, Mike and Christian of Bainville; sixteen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. She also leaves a host of friends who extend sincerest sympathy to the bereaved family.
Mrs. Larson was preceded in death by seven children and her husband, who passed away in Bainville, Jan. 29, 1929.
The deceased was born July 29, 1861 to Mr. and Mrs. Peter Peterson at Marshalltown, Iowa. In 1877 she was married to Christian Larson. Mrs. Larson moved to Bainville with her husband in 1916, where she resided until the time of her illness.
