OBITUARY NOTICE (copied from Ancestry.com msoholt)

Harry A. Larsen was born May 24, 1890 at Marshalltown, Iowa (death certificate says Gladbrook, Iowa). He was partially raised in Iowa. He later lived in southern Minnesota in Waverly Township, Martin Co., Minn. When young he moved to Langdon, N. Dak. (or that area), and farmed there until 1928. He still later moved to Bainville, Montana, and lived there until 1934. He then moved to Williston, N. Dak., where he lived until he died in 1952.

He married March 29, 1934 in Sidney, Montana, to Alvina Clough. Alvina had three daughters when Harry married her.

He was survived by his wife, Alvina, and 3 step-daughters: Mrs. Otto Seal (Evelyn), who lived near Buford, N. Dak., many years, and then moved to Williston (it is believed they moved to Billings later on, as Otto died in Billings about 1994); Mrs. Luther Haugen (Florence) of Alexander, N. Dak. (She remarried to Robert Hinman after her first husband's death). The Hinmans lived in Alexander, N. Dak.; Mrs. George Stone (Lila), who lived at Olney, Montana. She was killed in a car accident in Washington State about 1983. Harry was also survived by 6 step-grandchildren.
