Comic book lover enjoyed drawing his own
Kris Alan Barski, 52, passed away peacefully on Sept. 22, 2023, in Norton Autobon Hospital, Louisville, KY.
Kris was a graduate of Berwick High School and Bloomsburg University. He loved reading comic books and drawing his own comic book, and spending time with his family when he came to visit.
He left to be with his parents, Walter and Margaret "Peggy" M (Bittner) Barski; and his brother Kurt, who died in infancy.
He leaves behind his wife, Debra (Gregory) Barski; son, Kyle Barski; daughter, Athena (Barski) Willard and husband Gavin; beautiful granddaughter, Octavia; two stepbrothers: David Barski and Gary Barski and family; aunt and uncle, Marlin and Susan Karchner and family; sisters-in-law: Sherry Gregory, Barb Heath and Nancy McKenzie.
Rest in peace my first love and father of our beautiful children. We will always love you.
Private services will be held at the convenience of his family.
