Henderson.

First child born to Robert Alvin Henderson (born 1848 on the Cumberland River, Wayne Co.,KY, died 1899 in Los Angeles, CA) and Margaret (Maggie) Jane Taylor (born 1853 in Adair Co, KY and died 1927 in San Francisco, CA). His paternal grandparents was John R. Henderson, (born 1812 in Wayne Co, KY, died 1905 in Wichita, KS) and Nancy Buster Rousseau, (born 1814 in KY, died 1900, Wichita, KS). His maternal grandparents was Rev. Robert S Taylor, (born 1826 in Scott County, VA and died 1910 in Greenlee Co., AZ)and Sarah M Leddington, (born abt 1828 in VA and died between 1900 and 1910).
Siblings of Robert Lovell are Mattie Frances, 1876, Mary Elizabeth(Bessie), 1879, William Albert, 1879 were all born in Kentucky, Jessee Lee, born 1886 in Texas, and Florence, born 1889 in Los Angeles, CA. 1880 Census records shows he is a 7 year old living in the Village of McHenry, Ohio Co., KY. Per fathers death certificate, family moved to Los Angeles in 1887. Daughter Jessee was born in TX in 1886 and daughter Florence was born in Calif in 1889.
Some records in 1899 show he was a member of the Queen's Guards and an attendant upon the Lord Mayor of London, England for six years, ending about three years previously when he returned to the USA. Records also mention that he had a wife, Flora and two children.
1910 Census has Robert remarried and living in San Francisco with his wife, Myrtle Mae and mother-in-law,Kattie L Clark. It appears he has changed his name to Edward Drew and taken his wifes name of Clark. They were later divorced.
