Milton was born February 19, 1935 in Terrell, Texas and received maximum healing September 4, 2023 and went to be with his Lord and Savior. He was preceded by his wife Avanell Wilkerson Baker, parents William and Bertha Baker; grandsons Cody Brown and Kaleb Reid; sisters, Pearl, Martha, Maxine, Bonnie, Joyce; brothers, Bill, Jesse and Gary.

He is survived by sons Wayne Baker of Canton, David Baker of Emory; daughters, Melody Brown (Rick) of Grand Saline, Melinda McCoy (Brad) of Canton, Jennifer Morris (Jason) of Grand Saline; nine (9) grandchildren, fourteen (14) great grandchildren, and one (1) great-great grandchild; sister Mae Worth (Wayne) of Forney, Henry Baker of Canton and many nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives, friends.

He was a hardworking man and retired from Delta Drilling Company Tyler, TX and post retirement as a heavy equipment operator. He will be forever remembered as a loving father and grandfather. His faith was unshakable and trust in the Lord strong and an everlasting testament to his family and friends. We miss you and always will, until we meet again.

Pallbearers will be Justin Thompson, Erik Baker, Tim Baker, Gabe Baker, James Whitehead and Ben Wilkerson.
