Funeral Services for Elizabeth Judd, 91, of Painesville, will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Painesville Church of God, 6369 Chestnut St., Painesville.

Funeral Services for Elizabeth Judd, 91, of Painesville, will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Painesville Church of God, 6369 Chestnut St., Painesville.
Mrs. Judd died March 6, 2004, at Cardinal Woods Nursing Home in Madison.
She was born Feb. 13, 1913, in Kentucky.
She was a member of Church of God. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother who will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She enjoyed quilting with friends and family. She also loved to play the guitar and sing with her husband and children. She loved spending time with her family and was active in church functions. She also enjoyed spending time caring for her flowers that she loved so much.
Mrs. Judd and her family were very appreciative of her caregiver Ann Tucker; special friends, Rev. Boyd and Lynn Thomas; and the wonderful staff at Cardinal Woods Nursing and Rehab Center, who all took such wonderful care of her.
Mrs. Judd worked for Ohio Rubber in Willoughby, retiring in 1978.
Survivors are her daughters, Louise Peace of Daytona Beach, Fla., Betty (Erv) Will of Bel Air, Md., Peggy Literal of Painesville, Alpha (Donald) Barrett of Geneva and Juanita (David) Landeg of Leroy Township; sons, Woody of Madison and Jerry (Diane) of Perry; sisters, Vadeth (Tom) Sanders of Madison and Katherine Darton of Hamilton; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Her husband, Thomas Judd, whom she married April 17, 1936, in Booneville, Ky.; parents, John D. and Pariet Abshear; sisters, Estelle Elkins, May Glenn and Laura Belle Parker; and brother, Herman Abshear, are deceased.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Potti Funeral Home, 1009 Mentor Ave., Painesville. The Rev. Boyd Thomas and the Rev. Darryl Lynn will officiate at services.
