Diantha Ayres' son, Ebenezer Ayres, wrote a 15 page pamphlet titled "The Family Register of John and Diantha Ayres." In the pamphlet he lists all his siblings and their offspring through 1850. He also writes several paragraphs about his parents and grandparents. According to Ebenezer, Diantha is the son of Styles Welles and Martha Walker Welles. (Stiles Welles must be Ephraim Stiles Welles, as he is the husband of Martha Walker.) The pamphlet is available at the Western Reserve Historical Society, in Cleveland.
