Evelyn Joyce Bramlett Panter, age 79, passed away September 1, 2023 at her home in Blue Ridge Georgia. Evelyn was born August 8, 1944 to the late James Bruce Bramlett and Velma Hunt Bramlett. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Everett Panter Senior; a Great Grandchild, Rhylan Panter; and brothers and sisters, Ethel Seabolt, Eston Bramlett, and Hubert Bramlett. She was also preceded in death by son in law, Charles a Garmon Jr.
Evelyn enjoyed being a homemaker. She loved to clean her home and have a welcoming atmosphere to all who visited within its walls. She enjoyed making music playing the piano. Evelyn found joy in working in here gardens, yard and doing farm chores. She knew God blessed the work of her hands with fruits for her labor. She was a member of O'Zion Baptist Church serving her Lord.
Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at 3pm from the chapel of the Henry Cochran Funeral Home in Blue Ridge, Georgia. Interment will follow the service in the Sugar Hill Cemetery (Salem #1) Baptist Church.
