Sharon -- Catherine S. Pelzl, 82, died Tuesday at Osteopathic Hospital, Wichita. Born June 20, 1891 at Catharine, she was married to Alfer Pelzl in 1909. He died in 1921.
Survivors include three sons, Al, Sharon, Ed, Augusta, Bill, Medicine Lodge; two daughters, Mrs. Kathryn Wilson and Mrs. Elfreda Hall, Wichita; two brothers, Jacob J. and Alfred J. Schmidt, Cathaine; one sister, Sr. M. Stella Schmidt, Fond du Lac, Wis.; 11 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
Rosaries will be at 8 p.m. Thursday at Fisher Funeral Home, Kiowa; and at 8 and 8:30 p.m. Friday at St. Boniface Church, Sharon. Funeral services were at 9 a.m. Saturday at St. Boniface Church, Msgr. John Zenner officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.
