William Tileston Estate:
State of Vermont, District of Windsor. At a probate court held at Springfield, within and for said District on the fourth day of March, A. D. 1861. Present, the Hon Henry Gibson, Judge
An instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of William Tileston, late of Windsor, in said District, deceased, being presented to the court here by Israel Hall, the executor therein named for probate, it is ordered by said court that all persons concerned therein be notified to appear at a session of said court to be held at the Probate office in Springfield, in said District, on the first day of April A. D. 1861, and show cause if any they may have against the probate of said will; for which purpose it is further ordered that a copy of the record of this order be published three weeks successively in the Vermont Journal, printed at Windsor in said District as soon as may be. A true record, Clark H. Chapman Register
Convened April 1, 1861, I certified that the foregoing order of Public court has been confirmed with.
WILL Be it known that I, William Tileston, of Windsor in the county of Windsor and state of Vermont being weak in body but of sound mind
I give and devise to my Daughter ELIZA HALL the sum of fifty dollars to be paid to her by my executor, within six months of my decease on her separate script and to her sole use.
